Return Window
Customers have up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a return.
Refund Conditions
All returns are subject to a 10% processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.
After 24 hours, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
How to Request a Return

Reason for the return
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund (minus the 10% processing fee) will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Klarna Purchases
For Klarna users: If your purchase was made using Klarna’s pay-over-time options, your refund will be processed according to Klarna’s refund policy. Klarna will adjust or cancel your payment plan once the refund is issued by us.
